I believe in meeting people where they’re at and helping them get to where they want to be. Working together, I will help you identify your strengths and abilities to overcome challenges in a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space. My goal as a therapist is to empower others to build the meaningful lives they envision.
I graduated with my Bachelors of Social Work at the University of Michigan-Flint in 2019 where I interned as a School Social Worker working with elementary children. For several years after, I worked as both a case manager and group facilitator specializing in PTSD and substance use. I earned my Masters in Social Work at Wayne State University in 2024 where I interned as an outpatient therapist in private practice with young adults. My approaches draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills. I look forward to accompanying you on your healing journey.
