I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist and graduated with my Master’s degree from Michigan State University in 2014. I have been working in the mental health field for 30+ years, having spent the majority of my career working as a social work case manager with Genesee Health System. My work experiences include having worked with the following populations: children, adolescents, families, adults, cognitive impaired individuals, couples, and geriatrics. Areas of interest and specialty involve working with individuals who struggle with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Caregiver Stress. 

I employ a person centered, compassion focused, relational approach to meet your needs and address your goal areas. How we think, feel, and respond to challenges in life can have a positive or negative impact on our daily existence. It is important to learn and practice tools and strategies which are necessary to accomplish healthy lifestyles.
 
I have the life experience, clinical training, and social work background to help you in getting where you want to be. My purpose as a Clinician is to assist and guide you in becoming the best version of yourself and I look forward to working with you along this journey.
