I am a fully Licensed Clinical Therapist having graduated with my Master's degree from Michigan State University in 2014. I have been working in the mental health field for 35+ years, having spent the majority of my career employed as a social work case manager with Genesee Health System. My past work experiences also include work in Geriatric Care Services, Medical Social Work, and Inpatient Psychiatric Care Services. Areas of special interest include working with adults related to the following issues; intellectual or cognitive impairments, senior issues and needs, chronic physical health issues, depression, and caregiver stress. I employ a person centered, compassion focused, relational approach to treatment in meeting your needs and identified goal areas. How we think, feel, and respond to challenges in life impacts our daily existence and functioning. It is important to learn and implement tools and strategies which are necessary to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

I have the life experience, clinical training, and social work background to help you in getting where you want to be. My purpose as a Clinician is to provide guidance and assistance towards your becoming the best version of yourself.
