When action meets compassion, lives change.

I graduated from the University of Michigan Flint with a Bachelor's in Social Work and from Wayne State University with a Master's in Social Work. Currently, I have experience working with children and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other persistent mental health disorders and utilizing different techniques and therapies, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My primary purpose in mental health is to bridge the gap and help individuals learn how to deal with intense emotions, behaviors, and feelings. I like to provide open communication and a nonjudgmental environment for each client. Additionally, each client will have a different experience based on their needs and wants, gaining specialized coping skills and goals.
