Life situations, sudden changes, and other experiences may feel difficult to manage or express. I desire to create an atmosphere of openness, trust, and respect as the foundation of the therapist-to-client relationship. Together, we can aim to discover and develop personal strengths along the journey of healing and progress.

In 2021, I graduated from Michigan State University with a Master’s of Social Work degree. I have been involved with human service agencies for 9 years. During those years, I have encountered clients with substance abuse issues, Alzheimer’s disease, physical impairments, grief, loss, and trauma, as well as survivors of violent crimes. While in school, I earned a certificate of gerontology, but I also work with children who often have trouble expressing their emotions in constructive ways through play therapy techniques.

It is my passion to promote the wellbeing of others and to combat the negative stereotypes associated with mental health.
