Rachel Sutton (she/her), LLMSW

Ages Seen: 16+

Treatment Focus: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Issues

I am a personable, understanding individual who is eager to help others find their path in life, develop effective communication and coping skills as well as providing a safe space for you to “just be.” Navigating life stressors can be hard, but you do not have to go through it alone.

I have experience helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and am extremely passionate about helping women build up their self-esteem and confidence in order to flee a toxic relationship as well as identifying healthy traits of a relationship.

As a client, our sessions will be catered around your needs and through a strength-based approach, using techniques like CBT, mindfulness or analyzing relationships in your life through attachment theory.

I received my undergrad in Social Work from Oakland University in 2019 and my master’s from Capella University in June of 2024. During my internships I spent time at a nonprofit for substance abuse education and prevention and most recently an internship at a private practice where I provided therapeutic services to clients of all backgrounds

I look forward to meeting and working with you!
