I have over a decade of working with individuals going through difficult experiences. Most of my experience has been providing support to patients and their families during hospice care. My specialties are grief and loss, bereavement, caregiver stress and guilt, and familial/relationship struggles. However, I have worked with individuals dealing with behavioral difficulties, trauma, emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.

I work with interventions from motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and cognitive-based models. My goal is to provide you with unconditional positive regard so you can realize your full potential.
