I believe that we are more powerful when we empower each other. I am a compassionate therapist whose calling is to provide solace and support to those traversing the complex landscape of daily life. With a master's degree in social work and a profound understanding of the human experience, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals through their darkest moments and helping them find healing and hope.

As a general practitioner, I work with a variety of situations. My expertise covers a wide spectrum of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, self-esteem struggles, social difficulties, substance abuse, postpartum and grief. I also enjoy helping children and young adults navigate the challenges that come with growing up. I am a devoted advocate for raising awareness about the importance of mental health in young individuals and the devastating impact mental health has on individuals, families, and communities.

As a therapist, my primary objective is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate therapeutic space where my clients can openly express their thoughts, emotions and experiences. A big part of effective therapy is having a genuine therapist/client connection. I prioritize building a trusting and collaborative relationship with each client. I recognize that therapy can be both a vulnerable and challenging process, and I aim to create a safe and accepting space that fosters truth, empathy, and mutual respect.
