Recognizing the desire to seek therapy often comes from a place of courage and need for positive change. Sometimes we feel stuck and unsure of what comes next, but we know it must be something different than we are doing now.

As a mental health therapist, I strive to help promote changed behavior and increased mental health stability through trauma processing and the development of coping skills. I approach therapy will compassion, empathy, and commitment to providing a safe space for healing and progress to unfold. My goal is to provide not only therapy, but grace, understanding, and support to each person on their unique journey toward mental health stability and overall wellness.

I have background working with adults with developmental disabilities, children, teens, and adults in various settings including child welfare, substance use treatment, adoptions, and outpatient mental health services. I have specialized training in seeking safety (modality for individuals with PTSD and SUD) and family psychosocial education.

Change and taking control of our mental health is hard and I look forward to navigating your journey with you.
