Specialties: Trauma, Parenting Issues, Family Issues

I graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Western Michigan University and earned my Master of Social Work from Spring Arbor University. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop the tools they need to become the best versions of themselves.

My experience includes working with youth who have endured extreme trauma, those in foster care, and individuals navigating the juvenile justice system. I’ve also worked extensively with adults facing challenges related to substance use, domestic violence, and mental health disorders, and parenting and familial issues.

While I’m committed to helping people of all ages, I am particularly passionate about working with youth and adolescents, believing that early intervention and support can have a lasting impact. I aim to help clients with trauma processing, emotional regulation, and building coping skills. Utilizing person-centered and strengths-based modalities, I recognize that every person's story is unique, but every individual has strengths within them that can be built upon.

In my practice, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable receiving the help they have been looking for. I am committed to helping people find their strength and resilience as they navigate life’s challenges and grow in their journey of self- discovery.
