As a therapist, I work with you to help you identify your desires and empower you to make those positive changes in your life. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be difficult, so I use an approach that is compassionate, direct and non-judgmental to help create an environment where you feel supported in your counseling journey.

In 2000 I began my career working in the counseling field by helping individuals suffering with substance abuse and mental health disorders. I soon discovered my passion is helping individuals rebuild their lives and relationships by over coming struggles in life. To further my experience I have worked with adolescents, women, children and men in a variety of settings. After years of working within the school setting, I redirected my focus back to specializing my passion of helping others within a clinical setting.

I currently focus my practice in helping adolescents and adults to overcome anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship struggles, family changes, parenting issues and ADHD.

I live by the words “if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” Life is a journey and a challenge that is meant to shape us.

Give me a call at Creekside Counseling today so we can get started on your journey. I look forward to meeting you!
