Granville Lee, LLPC

Clinical Therapist

Ages seen: 12+
Specialties: Family conflict, relationship issues, pre-teen and teen issues

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University New England in 2002. In my experience as a Counselor, I have specialized in the areas of individual, group and family therapy. I have worked in outpatient treatment centers, crisis intervention, and community/school day treatment programs. Although my specialties are family counseling and relationship issues, I also have experience working with mental illness, anxiety, depression, ADHD as well as co-existing conditions.

I have received training in the areas of solution-focused therapy, anger management, evidence-based therapies and trauma informed approaches to therapy.

The counseling relationship can be one of the most intimate professional interconnections an individual can have with another person, outside of their immediate social circle. Therefore, it is my belief that as a counselor I must always remain mindful of the power and influence held in this sacred relationship. I always strive to use that recognition as propulsion in my efforts to always work in the best interest of those I counsel in the areas of support, competence, skilled professional advice, and unconditional positive regard throughout the course of the counseling relationship.

As a counselor, it is my intent to establish a solid therapeutic relationship which centers around building a good rapport, developing trust, displaying honesty, and providing a physically and emotionally safe environment.

To date, I bring with me over 22 years of professional experience and training and look forward to working with you as we navigate through life stressors and obstacles and work towards a healthier pathway.
