Opening up to someone about issues and struggles that you are dealing with can be really scary and so hard. Being vulnerable puts you at risk for exposing raw, uncomfortable, and difficult feelings and emotions, but it also gives you the potential to work on yourself, to get better, and to heal…
Anxieties, fears, worries, sadness, depression, grief and loss, trauma, poor self-esteem, self-harm, substance abuse, school issues, work stress, family conflict, and everyday stressors can sometimes get the best of us. Opening up about these vulnerabilities can open so many new doors and help you get back to the person you used to be or to become the person you were meant to be.
I specialize in teens and young adults, and have over 8 years of experience working with teens and adults of all ages in an outpatient setting, partial hospitalization program, and inpatient hospitalization.
Take that next step and choose to be vulnerable, expose those emotions, and bring them out so you can learn about them, manage them, and control them. You deserve every ounce of happiness and peace, and I would love to help you achieve that and to help face those fears.
