If you find it difficult to make sense of things and experience varying emotions as a result, come talk to me. Together, we will work on strategies, develop coping skills, and address the root causes of your difficulties and stresses.

I received my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Oakland University and my Master’s in Social Work from Madonna University. I have been a practicing social worker for four years, and during this time have received several certifications including: school social work, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools. Based on my experience, I specialize in working with adolescents and children; however, I am confident in my education and ability to help clients of all ages.

If I could describe my personality in 3 words, it would be reliable, authentic, and kind. These traits strongly influence my approach to therapy. The key component to therapeutic relationships, in my opinion, is trust. My goal in any therapeutic relationship is to empower my client to reach their self-determined goals. One of the most profound things I’ve learned as a mental health professional is that no individual is the same, and everyone should be treated according to their own unique needs. I believe in the importance of empowering those around me which is one of the main reasons that I chose to become a mental health professional. I’m passionate about getting to know people from all backgrounds and helping you develop the skills to successfully navigate life.
