I’m proudly a safe space for LGBTQ+ people; people from all racial and ethnic identities; people of all faiths, spiritualities, or lack of; and people with disabilities.

My favorite part of being a therapist is supporting people in getting what they want from life. No matter your circumstances, things can get better and sometimes even surpass our expectations.

I have a person-centered, strengths-based, holistic approach to therapy – meaning we can address any and all areas of life you want support in; meaning YOU'RE the one in charge of what we work on; meaning it’s important to nurture the things that make our lives worth living. I am trauma-informed in my approach and utilize the frameworks of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) infused with self- compassion.

I work with people on a variety of areas, from anxiety, phobias, grief and depression to relationship conflict, life transitions, stress, and exploring your identity and place in the world.

I work with teens and adults of all ages and can meet with you in-person or via telehealth.
