Angela Nicholls, LLMSW, is an experienced psychotherapist with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. She received her degree in 2020. Before that, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Baker College in 2018.

While in grad school, she completed an internship at Rose Hill Center located in Holly, MI where she engaged in therapeutic conversations with clients experiencing mental health conditions: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and autism spectrum disorder. With treatment methodology aimed at meeting personalized goals, clients were able to overcome being marginalized and live normalized lives through managing their afflictions. She comes from a family background of persistent mental health conditions, which allowed her to gain a wealth of knowledge regarding human behavior.

As a psychotherapist, Angela offers a non-judgmental place for persons to share their struggles, find meaning of life experiences, and set attainable treatment goals.  Angela believes that each individual is the expert in their own life. She works with a client-centered, strengths-based approach; assisting and supporting clients to have a sense of providence over their lives. Ultimately, her goal is to help clients manage how to overcome life’s challenges.

She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and grief and loss. As her client, you can expect to be greeted with a warm, personable welcome.
